One in, all in. 4 players broke ranks on that already
And I say go for it lads. It was a choice thing. But whatever you think of EFC, they can't be in a position of accidentally breaching their players rights to privacy by being forced to list everyone else who doesn't have an IN.

well until then people will just have to have doubts then i suppose.

You forgot the multiple indignant question marks. Despite the increasingly hostile and shrill tones coming from the EFC posters, speculation is valid and will continue.

Arguments as to protecting the anonymity of 2012 listed players are fine, but as we are told, JD isn't a 2012 listed player.

How easy would it be? Didn't have to breach anyone's right to privacy by simply stating that JD does not have an IN.

Yes i find it strange.
If i was an Essendon supporter and was sure he does not have an IN i would look at this thread as a good laugh, yet here they are asking it to be shut down.
FWIW i dont think he has one, but i would not dare say 100%, what we have seen coming from the EFC who would know

That part is easy - what follows isn't.

Scroll back to the guy on the previous page's post - I think he is called I remember Bluey or similar.

I know - I'll past it here:

So Ess/AFL/ASADA officially respond - JD does not have an IN.

Media and this board immediately jump up and down demanding to know why JD is getting favorable treatment, why don't Ess/AFL/ASADA give the same official response re other players not issued IN's, they shout.

So Ess/AFL/ASSADA issue another official statement - Joe Bloogs, Bill Bloogs, Eddie Bloogs ect ect do not have IN's.

Media and this board then go into a seventh heaven melt down, as we now officially know the name of all players with In's, before the verdict is known.

Sort of defeats the purpose of protecting the the players with IN's before the verdict is known, don't you think???.

Makes a certain amount of sense.

I think Goddard has an IN. Knew he was coming to Essendon so slipped over to get on the program. Didn't play in the NAB cup. If he didn't have an IN then why didn't he play in the NAB cup. Tell me that ?

Is this how it works ?

Ps if Essendon or anybody has stated previously that he didn't have an IN don't believe them.

Whether he was injected with anything or not, whether they were PEDs or not, or whether he has received an IN is all guess work by some people.
But they are two separate issues really. He may have been injected with something other than TB4, which is the drug players are charged with, so no IN issued. But it's all supposition and guesswork.
But to say he wasn't a 2012 listed player is hardly proof one way or another. He was drafted 22nd November 2012 When was program halted? Essendon self reported to ASADA on the 5th Feb 2013. (Are these dates correct?)
I believe Dank was gone by then, was the Weap running any part of the program, were offsite clinics still used then? Hard to know what to believe.
People may be correct that he hasn't been issued with an IN.
If the players get off,we'll probably never know. If they're found guilty, we probably will know the players involved, unless there are a few major " injuries"
So while there is conjecture, time will probably tell. If true, heads will roll. Hopefully for the kids sake he was never a recipient of any drug cocktail.

You didn't think the bit about the 6 players being banned by the AFL from the practice game as being significant?

Essendon like every other club doesn't play its regular players in the NAB cup. Other clubs have the luxury of saying they want to see how the young blokes go. This year Essendon didn't gave that luxury so had to use the pulled up a bit sore etc.

re the NAB.. Essendon isn't like every other club at the minute.

OK, so JD didn't pull up sore as reported. You are saying the efc told a lie there. Clubs do that. But they were short of players and had to use top-ups. So I would have thought uninjured players were required.
