Love how the media use the word "dumped".......*******s are always trying to amp it up a bit.
Scumbags.
All the best Joff...wherever your next adventure takes you. A very good "Hawthorn person".

Would not surprise me at all if he's picked up by another club. Has plenty to offer a young club in terms of leadership, Hawthorn IP and experienced/hardened depth. Good luck to him.
Can't kick?? What about the 100m goal he kicked this year? The right move. Unfortunately if you cannot kick, this club is ruthless. A solid servant and did his job. Took opportunities in a very good line up.

Seeya Joffa. Was great depth. And 2 flags in a week you won't forget.
Is he the only bloke to win a VFL and AFL premiership medal in the same week?
Would not fit their character demographic! Joffa works too hard off the footy for to be a blues midfielder.Would be a good fit at the blues... May not fit their age demographic tho.... He would be a quality character in their organisation....
The game plan isn't the only thing that constitutes Hawthorn IP though. There's all the methods and practices the club use day to day for training, development, recovery, etc. Various knowledge about players that may not be apparent just from scouting our training sessions and watching tapes. Things like who has some sort of weakness in their body that might be exploited somehow (eg. Buddy's thumbs), other private information that might be able to be used to get in the heads of our players (eg. a certain player might be really sensitive about their sister so their opposition player might question the purity of her flower or something).I truly believe hawthorn's ip is obsolete every eight weeks. Hardwick is a classic example. Whilst he has enjoyed some solid wins against us, he hasn't managed anything special during his tenure.
