I'll have to rewatch that part of the ppv but the way I understood what he was saying was that if he had to take time off (forced by officials) for running his mouth after his match vs Brock when he was supposed to be carried from the arena (which was supposedly in the script) instea he no sold and cut a promo as if he was almost fine as usual.

I don't remember any specific "I'm going to have time off " quotes but then again I was doing 3 different things at the time and may have missed it; will rewatch his promo tonight
