Hardly call Shaw defensive, absolute complete opposite!Shaw is to close just more of the same.

I see your point experience wise but for me it’s not an issue. Excellent that he’s had playing/coaching experience at Collingwood, Sydney and now North.Yer I am but I don’t think he has done enough at AFL level yet
I also want a pure outsider in a carasella or Nicks mould
By some reports on here he is all but gone and will coach a Melbourne clubStill find it disrespectful in a way to just dismiss Longmire like this maybe his time is up but he has been our most successful coach by far.
He was gifted a good team, he almost made the most of it. He’s been a fantastic coach but he’s run out of puff in the past 2 years.Still find it disrespectful in a way to just dismiss Longmire like this maybe his time is up but he has been our most successful coach by far.

He will have a few to choose from
North and the Blues will be al over him
No he doesn’t, he’s been here a very long time and been paid well to do his job. He’s also the head Coach of the team and is expected by the club to contest for a flag every year, just like the players get paid well to play off for a flag. If you’re seen to be going backward (and he is), it’s time to move on just like the players!May well be the case but he deserves bit more respect shown around here.
Oh **** please not Kirkbet they would give it to kirk
Saints are 3:1, they’ll be drawing up a lifetime contract for RichardsonSaints/Essendon infact some other clubs might even sack their current coach to get Longmire in.

It's funny because it is trueSaints are 3:1, they’ll be drawing up a lifetime contract for Richardson
Oh come on man. Did you just make that shit up?Hearing Buddy going to get Clarko up there
You reckon the players look confused about how to play now.... imagine what they'd be like after one of Kirky's big, long, impassioned, waffling speeches!Oh **** please not Kirk
Mate, Cortina's don’t move that fast!I expect Blakey will follow Horse. It pains me to think it but I would be happy to see Kirk move on.
I agree. Kirky, Kennelly, Shaw (left), Laidler, Perris and Papa Blakey. Some have been elsewhere, some have been here foreverIf we are too see a new coach next year I wonder if the assistants will be gone also
Kirk and Blakey I get have been a big part of the club but sometimes you need to look past that
