Was shifted onto the rampaging Cameron and quelled him - great work - as well as collecting 18 possies.

Can't ask any more of a first game rookie.

Yep, first game in a cauldron like Optus, playing in an unfamiliar position, rotating on some of the best small forwards currently in the game. Fantastic effort!

I think he showed enough to say he can make the grade. From the nowhere a few months back to debuting and contributing in an epic like that, I’d be pinching myself.

Just watching the replay he was very fumbly, understandable given his first game in such a big game

Quaynor was on Cameron early & got found out. Not locking down anywhere near hard enough. Noble showed him how it’s done.

I watched the replay of the first quarter and I agree it looked like a combination of Quaynor and Aish on Cameron.

At times it looked like Greenwood was on Allen. It’s a miracle we didn’t get belted with Maynard and Greenwood playing on Darling and Allen.

Noble did alright, I can’t remember him making a mistake. Didn’t have a chance to use his pace but it’ll be a welcome addition to our backline to play on quick forwards who have caused us problems in the past

Today I guess? he came out to training, but someone said they didn't see him later.. So could have snuck by me and went back inside. I hope its more calf soreness and not a calf injury.

Assume he's been named to give him the chance of playing if he gets through a late fitness test. Bit sad he couldn't get at least a couple of games but showed enough to give confidence he will get more opportunity.

I love Noble already (it doesn’t take much), but can he please just drop the surrealism. It doesn’t go with his no-nonsense straight forward demeanour. I think the kid is a goer. Very impressed so far.
