Votes are awarded as a per game status,
unlike prev,
when a player reported during play was not allowed to be cast votes.

The only way you can be ineligible for the Brownlow is if you are suspended for an offence in rds 1-22 of a season His offence was in 2004, even if he got suspended from the Wizard Cup he would still be eligible
