Horrible luck not to be playing this week, could've held his spot if not for injury. He's named as first emergency though, I think we'll see him back in before long. He’s in the mix for selection this week.
Good a time as any to come in - played a in a great team performance two weeks ago, we were hopeless last week and Sicily is injured

Didn’t do much in the second half but had s couple of good possessions.
Must play him for the rest of the season.
His 2nd and 3rd efforts around a contest are seriously poor. Watch some contests/stoppages and compare him to Mitchell. Don't compare them on talent. Compare them on workrate and desire to keep impacting the next contest.
There is a reason he stayed in the 2s for so long after a fair stint of fitness. I'm not trying to smack the guy but the 2 AFL games I've seen him play the last few weeks have been telling in my eyes.

Was playing wing all game. The clearances he got were off a wing. Stuffed up a few things, but had 14 touches in the first half. Faded. Still finding match fitness at the level. I reckon he’ll be a player.
Agreed, I could see some flashes. Nearly kicked a great goal. I hope we can keep playing him. Problem is that Worpel, Miles and Morrison all performed very well in that game. Was ok, not amazing. Needs a few weeks to get up to speed. Might just not get that opportunity though.

His selection this week is the right move. He hasn’t shown anything remotely promising for a pick 2 draft pick, however the club needs to see where he is at. Can he deliver when it matters in cut throat matches for us or will he fail.
The challenge is there.

I really hope he gets a look in for the rest of the year & gets a licence to go full tilt (running) against the Cats or at a minimum against the Swans.
There will come a rd where it’s a case of now or never, go hard or go home.
Continue to let him pick up the pace & improve then force his hand to cut loose; similar to Jags last season against the Dogs.
I think everyone would be happy if he were given the same allowances to come back from a chronic issue that has all but killed his career yet is rated internally at the club.
I love the way he moves & still think we are sitting on something with quality.
Fingers crossed he can emulate the comeback of Jags & set himself up for a crack at the finals & season 2019
I agree about how he moves, he just has certain qualities and physical traits that make me believe he could be a solid player. That hunched over running style, just reeks of how Ablett or Cotchin attack the ball.
