in the WA vs Vic metro thread he was listed as emergency so may fly under the radar a little bit. Hopefully enough for us to steal him
#Dockernut I think you found the missing link

We could have picked shaw but opted to pass.
This kid isn't a one trick pony which RTB rates.

Completely agree. Seems like a fierce competitor when the ball hits the deck, but glimpses of Mora with ball in hand IMO.

Morabito mach II or Pavlich Mach II?

192cm, can mark, can run, can do the don´t argue, skills. Sound familiar?

We already recruited Hill mach II (Simpson) and Fyfe mach II (Crozier) and Mundy mach II (Sheridan or Michie).

When playing/training for the Margaret river 'hawks' last year my mate said he couldn't believe marsh's explosiveness.
When doing the sprints he was streeting all comers.

2009's was Aaron Black - too late to get him now. 2010 was Darling. 2011 - Kersten. How is he going? Would we be any chance to grab him before he does a Black?

Quality of the opposition wasnt great though - if he can do that against any of the big 3, that would be more impressive. Those guys looked like theyre from NT which are notoriously a weak side in the under 18s comp.

Kicked 3 and was one of the best against Vic Metro yesterday.

Forwards Jonathon Marsh and Cameron McCarthy impressed most for Western Australia.

Marsh is tall and strong but has some extreme speed, which saw him turn a Metro opponent inside out in the last term to boot one of his three goals. Another was a booming 55-metre set shot.

Yeah Marsh could be good I'd also like to get the Mitch Harvey train rolling.
But its a bit early for all the drafting threads isn't it- aren't we challenging for the top 4 or something?

Pretty sure he's Harry Marsh (drafted last year) brother.

I like the look of him, he looks like being 2013's WA Tweener key forward ala. Darling, Kersten, Black.
reckon ross might have a word to him about his skinfolds, though. dude has the shane mumfords about him.

Geez he looks agile at ground level for such a big guy.

What's his projected draft range? Chris25 ?

No idea. Could be anywhere from about 10-30. Depends on what clubs view him as. He still has a way to go in terms of having a presence up forward, he'd rather the ball be on the ground than coming in high in a contest. He'd be great for a team who already has two tall forwards like a Richmond or Collingwood. But you wouldn't be building a forward line around him yet.
