Yep, and know because she testified at the grand jury she can’t speak out against the ramseys.Really? Didn’t think she’d ever been cleared.

How did that clear her? Her and her husband should have been high up on the list of suspects and investigated more thoroughly.Yep, and know because she testified at the grand jury she can’t speak out against the ramseys.
The person I was replying to never asked how she was cleared, I do agree they should have been more thoroughly investigated however seems like a few people were ruled out because of the DNA (wrongfully imo)How did that clear her? It's not that she cannot speak about the Ramsays, its that she cannot speak about her testimony to the grand jury specifically. Anything else she can speak about.

Interesting listen
the grand jury got a better summary of it all than anyone, and they said there was prob cause to indict someone in the family? After listening to that interview I am convinced the murder did not involve any family member. There are a litany of police mistakes in the case with the major one being a one-eyed focus on the family. This is the main issue with many unsolved complex murder cases. Two highly rated detectives concluded there was an intruder and that theory resonates strongest. The single item of evidence that is difficult to explain is the ransom note. It is so crazy it is difficult to think of anyone conceiving it but someone did. If Pasty wrote it then John had to be involved in composing it. But I feel the ransom note is just too lengthy, disassociated, rambling and imprecise for someone to be trying to cover up a crime that has already been committed. It only truly makes sense if it was written before the crime and by someone intending to kidnap. That would have to be a person who entered the Ramsey house well before they got home, found the pad and sharpie, and had significant time to compose and write it.

It's indulgent, fanciful, written by someone with a vivid imagination (a beheading?). Not to be taken seriously on many levels but if a family member wrote a ransom note to cover up a murder why would they be so flowery? What makes you come to this conclusion?
It reads to me EXACTLY like someone trying to provide misdirection.
And...if a family member killed JonBenet, why didn't they dispose of the body. The ransom note is erroneous as soon as JonBenet's body is foundIt's indulgent, fanciful, written by someone with a vivid imagination (a beheading?). It's simple:
"We have your daughter. If you ever wish to see her alive again you will pay us $500,000. When we know you have the money we will contact you for further instructions. Do not call law enforcement or your daughter will die."
Ask the same question of the intruder I suppose?And...if a family member killed JonBenet, why didn't they dispose of the body. The ransom note is erroneous as soon as JonBenet's body is found
When was the ransom note written should have informed the police of the likelihood or not of an inside jobAsk the same question of the intruder I suppose?
Why bother sneaking in the house early, ruffling through papers to find what John’s bonus is going to be, then drafting and redrafting a really long ransom note….when you are just going to assault and kill the kid on-site anyway?
Doesn’t make sense
Jeez. Can you solve the Beaumont and Adelaide Oval mysteries while you’re at it? The kid did it theory has as many holes as any other theoryEveryone knows the son accidentally did it. Why even keep the thread open at this point
Why do you assume the perpetrator was going to assault and kill the kid on-site anyway? If there was an intruder it's possible they planned to take JonBenet with them. There was a suitcase propped up in the basement by the broken window that John Ramsey said should not have been there. It can be seen in crime scene video; it's possible the intention was to abduct her by placing her in the suitcaseAsk the same question of the intruder I suppose?

The problem is that what John Ramsay said about the window is easily disproven by examination of the crime scene. Why do you assume the perpetrator was going to assault and kill the kid on-site anyway? No because they aren’t clear cut like this oneJeez. Can you solve the Beaumont and Adelaide Oval mysteries while you’re at it? The kid did it theory has as many holes as any other theory
Patsy couldn't be eliminated as writer of the ransom note. That's too ridiculous a coincidence, that her handwriting is so similar to the intruder. Why do you assume the perpetrator was going to assault and kill the kid on-site anyway?
