The whole debate about abuse/harassment etc has turned the circle - We are taught that the individual concerned determines if they were abused/harassed and therefore society should respect their thoughts - In this case the lady has publically stated that she was fine with the behaviour and therefore did not feel she was abused/harassed BUT some in society have decided the lady should be offended by the behaviour - The world has gone crazy!

The media's coverage of Degoey vs Kyrios is what is wrong with the media.

Kyrios has a charge to answer and instead if hounding him the media riding his d.k because he in a wimbledon final.

I guess Nick's actions weren't caught on video and shared with the world, therefore in the media's eyes and the simpletons who lead the outrage charge, it didn't really happen?

But it is quite ironic that a woman has actually made an official complaint which has led to the police pressing charges (Nick's guilt still needs to be proven) and there is nothing in the media after a 24 hour burst, yet De Goey gets hounded for weeks despite the woman in question coming out and saying there is nothing to see here.

Suggest it has a lot to do with the fact there are 100 times more AFL reporters in the country than tennis journalists.

This is a fair point- De Goey fought off his recent USA charge. And in fact another v serious one previously. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe De Goey is currently not facing any charges. Do Sportsbook take bets on this sort of thing though?
