I watched bootsma for a half today. He played in the reserves and didn't look out of place Seriously though, he sure is skinny it's hard to believe he's been in an afl club for a couple of years. He's clearly better than reserves and would be a step up on someone like vandeleur. He didn't kick that well, he seemed to be trying to kick it too far. He read the play well though and, as you would expect, won all his one on one contests. He will be a handy addition to the peel team.
