Yeah that Brandan Parfitt looks like he'll go allrightWe will be back right in contention very quickly. You may have noticed some very good young players on Sunday.

GWS lose kelly and 2018 first but get Norths 2017 and 2018 firsts?

Not sure how it will work by some F/S bids and an academy pick coming up in 2018 that will see us requiring points for bidding.

I'm sure we could help you out with some points...... all it will cost you is Dumont (I think that's what his name is)
I would do that.Treloar at the time of trading was a better player than Kelly.
Maybe drop off the GWS 2017 2nd rounder so

You seem pretty into GWS receiving maximum price for departing players - seems odd considering they're right up there challenging for premierships with you, and are your crosstown rivals.EFA.
Surprised you are not after Durdin, like a few of your fellow crows posters last year, but you guys are somewhat stocked in KPD's.I'm sure we could help you out with some points...... all it will cost you is Dumont (I think that's what his name is)
See, this is the question, I'm loathe to get into any kind speculating about trades until the kid says he wants to go.
But what if GWS don't want picks.
What if they like the look of Preuss as a ready made replacement for Mumford etc?

Doesn't matter who it is, I rather teams get fair value. GWS don't need to give anything except Kelly and maybe a late pick (3rd at most).
Goldy could still get us a decent pick IMO. Swans or Dogs would be a great fit.Ideal for us would be to include Goldy in a trade as Preuss will be ready for #1 ruck next year and Goldy still has a lot of value. I doubt GWS will want him as he's only 1-2 years younger than Mummy, but a three club deal would be ace.
People use this out of contact crap every year it's a pointless Conversation teams nearly always pay fair value. 2 first rounders minimumYour missing the fact he is out of contract, certainly doesn't destroy his value but somewhat diminishes GWS' bargaining power.
Kelly is an absolute gun but still a fair bit of risk in this deal. He's more of a cream rather than cake player and is essentially free to do what he likes up at GWS. Yet to prove himself against a hard tag or as a number 1 midfielder, and I don't think he's the sort of player that could drag his team to a win.
I guess it's going depend on the increase in salary cap but 9 years is a bloody huge risk (I'm away Tom Boyd was a 7 year contract and that could still be a risk going forward).
Absolutely no scenario where north don't give up there first rounder this year and next year for Kelly, if it's 1 mil a year for 9 years.
We have a lot of inside mids - we need outside run and elite kicking. He is a great fit for our team and worth the risk IMO.Kelly is an absolute gun but still a fair bit of risk in this deal. Yes it would and then you probably get an early second backDepends how low this years is - if its pick 1-3 not sure they will get our 1st next year.
