Well alot of people have been the Josh Kennedy of next years draft up but could the hawks be faced with the same dilemma that Brissy was this year with Murphy? I mean for one is Kennedy's family in Melbourne? Lets hope he actually agrees to come to us next year - btw I know nothing about his skills :p what is he like? Forward? Midfielder?

Don't know a lot about him but he's meant to be a star.
So he lives in WA does he? Where are the folks living right now.
If he doesn't want to move don't force him, we've lost too many players west.

There are two Josh Kennedys.....

One a KPP from WA that we look like we may pick up in this years draft at pick 3

Then the other Josh Kennedy is

Josh Kennedy son of John Kennedy Jrn who lives in Melb and we will get him f/s in the 2006 draft, they say in a open draft he would be a likely top 10 pick.

I hope this clears up any confusion, so by 2006 we could have two Josh Kennedys at the Hawks.... :thumbsu:

The trick to keeping them is get em young and get them a local girlfriend, start them breeding.
Girls dont move from there mothers when they have babies.

Its the same with chickens and cattle...........

The 2006 draft crop is sensational and Josh Kennedy will be a good pick up in the third round, he is no where near a top ten pick however.

DOn't worry he is an absolute certainty to be at hawthorn next draft.

Family is here, goes to school 500m up the road from Glenferrie Oval, family lives and breathes hawthorn, no problem.

Lives and breathes Hawthorn... I like the sounds of that.

Interesting to see if we trade him in a few years.

Their father, John Kennedy Jnr only played. He didn't coach Hawthorn although I think he was in an assisstant capacity there for a while. John Kennedy Snr played and also coached us as well as the Kangaroos.

hmmm the names Tuck and Kennedy makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, 2 of the most famous names Hawthorn has ever produced.
