Yeah, in 2013 he was shit vs Carlton when Gibbs stood him and average the next week vs Freo when they pressured his ball movement, now as you were...
I didn't realise having 24 possessions an kicking a goal was shit? But your right for his lofty standards it actually is, there is No one better in the clinches than Kennedy an that's why he's built like a man mountain, your gutless midfield could use someone like him

our most important player. Lost to Richmond earlier in the year without him, and fell apart in the QF when Stevie the sniper lined him up.

You should embrace that Sydney are a glamour club now. Making big money from a sponsorship with Qatar Airways while also getting the positive coverage of taking part in the gay pride game.

They have had the strongest list in the league on paper since the arrival of Franklin. "Bloods culture" is dead. It is a new era at the Swans.

So thats your take on the Best List in the AFL, give us your thoughts on the worst and while your at it the most embarrassing Club in the AFL.

He has polled 46 votes in the last two seasons so the umpire recognition has started to come. He looked an excellent Brownlow chance this year but Parker and Hannebery "stole" a lot of votes. That being said, would not surprise me at all to see him right up there on the night.
There are 6 votes handed out in every game. There is no such thing as vote stealing.

44 disposals tonight and utterly dominant. Got rocked by an elbow last week and recovered to be swans best player. Stood up in '14 gf when they got flogged. Excellent in '12 when they won. Abused the freo midfield last year to no avail.

17 finals and averages over 30 disposals a match. And he doesn't just accumulate at this time of year, he brutalises you.

For mine Kennedy is clearly one of the best finals midfielders of the modern era. Better than some much more heralded legends like voss, Judd, Buckley, Bartel, hodge, black, Vag, McLeod and Hayes.

I don't reckon he has played a bad one. Am I over the top here or does he get glossed over a bit?
Got a mention by Lloyd on Access All Areas on the AFL website. :thumbsu:

That post is a classic deflection rather than addressing or making an argument.

Hodge, Selwood, Archer, JPK. That is where his level is as far as courage in finals is concerned.

Takes a headshot, and sits on a bench for half an hour waiting for medics to clear him then ends up our best player. Comes out the next week and is clearly our best player with 40+ possessions.

And that's just his last fortnight! He's been doing this week in week out for years.

Maybe if he bled a bit more some people in the media would take more notice of him?

Machines don't bleed, I seriously never understand how blokes like selwood an Hodge always seem to have cuts on their heads, yet JPK who is tougher an stronger an gets more contested ball than anyone of them comes out unscathed.

He just gets the job done every week, finals or home and away. Very rarely has a bad one. An amazing extractor and accumulator, impossible to tackle, big enough to be a marking forward as well. He, Hannebery, Franklin are probably the Swans' most important players. Not surprised Johnson lined him up.

Stealing is the wrong word but of course there is. Only three players can poll those 6 votes so unless we assume there are only three deserving players in a game, "stealing" is very much a reality.

There is a northern team with zero culture but it certainly ain't the Swans. Go the bloods!!

You are the second Swans fan here that resorted to a post about my listed team. That is not an argument against what I said rather it just shows offended.

I would suggest you have NFI about what is happening at the Swans, but if you are interested in club culture, your efforts would probably be appreciated down Brisbane way. Players are leaving for a reason.
