i was watching yesterdays game vs Box Hill and i know the commentators love him but i reakon he mucked up way too many times like a few of his kick ins were good but a cuople went straight to them or missed the player. He also trys to do to much like winston in a way trys to get pass a player instead of giving it off.

He was given the ok to be the main play maker,to take risks and create which,by and large he did quite well but did make some costly mistakes , however I don't know how you learn about your capabilities until you experience your limitations (if that makes sense!). I think he has the potential to be one of the most exciting players around (someone likened him to Michael O'Loughlin) but he's likely to infuriate and frustrate us a bit too. I'd be very surprised if ,over the next year or two, he doesn't regularly bring us to our feet in exhileration as well as occasionally having us throw our records on the ground, but it'll be a fun ride!

Last week Junior got the ball at full back (might have played on from a kcik in?), and ran up to the wing eluding several players and having a few bounces. Never once looked like losing the ball.
One fasle move, and it looks like he's being a lair and taking risks... if he does everything right, he looks like 100&% classy player... He's still just a kid in footy terms, so a bit of inconsistency and the odd concentration lapse are to be expected, but he sure can play!

RE: Junior - I think what he showed on Saturday is that he has a lot more pure talent than your average VFL player.

The way he dodged players and his superb (usually, not always) kicking made him stand out from the crowd.
That torpedo goal in the last qtr (the one that was disallowed) reminded me of Choppy.
I remember watching him at training, earlier in the season, practicing his torps - they weren't too flash.
They've certainly improved a lot since then, he must be a fast learner.

Darky's right, consistency will come with time - he really is just a kid.

We could have ourselves one hell of a player !

I know its frustrating but u gotta realise its the VFL and half the players make stoopid errors.
