juddy is a legend, he is a part of this turnaround at carlton. wif his leadership skills he has the whole side firing. and wif fevs off the grog u can sure see the difference. the side is playing great footy at the moment, best i seen them play in years, altho my fave game of recent times waz acouple years ago at the mcg i think it was round 3 i waz sitting in the stands and watched them come home n win from behind against the bombers. fevs kicked 5 that day. GO THE BLUES :)

His sides steps around players, the way he breaks tackles and to top it all off, his strength to get an arm free to dispose of the ball when he is wrapped up is just incredible!

I still can't believe he is ours either!!!
 
I honestly thought when they got up by a goal that they were playing better and we were in trouble. Then a Judd inspired onslaught with 10 minutes of great footy and the game was killed off by half time. Very few players can turn a game like that, and no-one does it with the class and skill of Juddy.

It's a bit of a surreal feeling seeing him play like that and for our team!

Hope he lifts the boys again for this week because it's another huge game!!
 
can't wait for West coast hope he plays a super duper game it be good to see him run rings around them ;) the way wce played we got a very good chance even Adelaide game we got a chance being in Melbourne handy dandy :) with the home crowd will get us over the line I Tip for a better 4 quarters no slacking off time to give back some beltings we have copped:thumbsu:

Juddy will have 2 good weeks :) doubt Juddy would get wce out of the hole their in ;)

speaking of Judd, any one got some good sized pics of him in action? Would love to get that one where he's kicking at full stretch in the away jumper but couldn't find a good size of it anywhere

Was at the G on Sunday and I have to agree Judd is finished, especially when he danced around 2 players and drilled a pass to Fev, and most definitely when he exploded from the center square had a bounce and kicked a goal from the edge of the center square. I thought to myself shit this Judd guy is finished, why did we pay so much for him?

Agree 100%. What were we thinking? This is Mick Martyn all over again but at least Mick got to celebrate a magnificent milestone with the club.

On Sunday the above notion proved how far fetched it was. When the game was in the balance Judd was superb. Over in the west both Kerr and Cox had no influence.

Don't get me wrong both Kerr and Cox are guns but people who said the Judd wont be the same player at Carlton than he was at West Coast because he does not have players like Cox tapping the ball down to him or Kerr feeing him the ball or even likes of Rosa and Stengline blocking for him were proven wrong.

The bloke is a star and on Sunday just proved he can do it without Kerr, Cox etc.

it is those pionts highlighted that lead me to believe that the possitives for us are only still in the making, as our playing list gains the level of experience as those mentioned above have and are then able to support JUDDY in the way they did, then BANG the blues will once again be the power that we have so patiently been waiting for, no arrogence here guys just putting it forward the way i see it, the future is very nearly with us. I am also hetro and i love my wife and kids, i am hetro believe me i am. Juddy is the new DAWN.

1. Judd will never choose Carlton as his preferred Club. WRONG

2. The Tiges are in the box seat to get Judd. WRONG

3. The Blues will have to give up the #1 pick to get Judd. WRONG

4. Judd will be lucky to play 1/2 of season 2008. WRONG

5. Judd will never get back to his best. WRONG

6. Judd will never be effective without Cox and Cousins. WRONG

Actually disagree. Kouta circa 2000 would've eaten Juddy up and spat him out (as he did with Buckley, Carey pretty much everybody) then. Kouta was pretty much a BIGGER, STRONGER version of Judd who would consistently take massive contested marks to boot. ;)

I'd pay really good money to see the contest though. Hopefully Juddy's body will let him play at abnormal levels for longer than Kouta's did.
