It's funny how the subconcious mind works. Most West Coast supporter would be genuinely reassuring themselves that they believe Cousins to be better than Judd. This is simply because Judd abandoned ship.
We all know Cousins was a magnificent player, who ran till he spewed, won games of his own boot long before Judd and Kerr arrived, and lifted team mates etc...
However, we also know that for 3-4 years, Judd was a freak without equal, and was being labelled as potentially one of the greatest of all time. Won a brownlow at 21, would have won a second at 24 if he hadn't been crippled with injury mid season, and will probably win another one or two if he regains full pace and fitness and returns to peak form. Moreover, at his best he was a more rounded player than Cousins, being almost as good an outside player, and significantly better inside.
1. Judd
2. Cousins
3. Kerr
Cousins was a master of blowing games away in critical periods. Won so many game for us its a joke.

Cousins. He could convince team mates that we could win even if 70 points down, always led by example and gave his heart and soul to the footy club.
Judd will always be the better player, but he didnt have that 'X-factor' Cousins had.
On Kerr, has a long, long way before he can catch upto to the both of them.
