I love Chappy - probably my favourite Cat but top suggest he's better than Judd is laughable. Better kick for goal but that is all.

I've watched Judd pretty much beat Chapman, Ablett, Selwood, Bartel, Ling (in other words the entire Geelong midfield) almost single-handedly twice in the past couple of years. Absolute freak!

It depends on the need of your team.

We have plenty of inside ball winners and don't need anymore. That's Judds #1 strength. He doesn't kick many goals, hardly ever takes an overhead mark and his disposal is questionable at best.

Our team needs someone to rotate through the midfield, kick goals and play the lead up forward role.

Despite BF's misnomer that we lack in the midfield it is actually our forward line that is deficient.

Couldn't disagree more. Judd plays more inside at the Blues because they don't have many extracters. He played more outside at WC and was the best going around.

Can you imagine Watson feeding the ball out to Judd and then letting him go? Far more damaging than Chapman who is better off when he is getting the ball in open space.

What we are lacking at the moment is a gun midfielder who can burst away from packs and take the game on. They don't come much better than Judd.

We have a plethora of HF's who can push into the midfield and personally I'm happy letting Zaharakis and Jetta settle into those roles.

WHOA WHOA WHOA! Stop right there! Geelong have a terrible list?! What kind of "terrible list" shuts down a whole opposition forwardline and midfield? What kind of terrible list has BARTEL, Selwood, KELLY, COREY, Chapman, TAYLOR, OTTENS, Varcoe, STOKES, SCARLETT (!!), STEVIE J, Podsiadly, one of the AFL's fastest players WOJO and ENRIGHT! Not to mention, 17 All Australians and 20+ double premiership players! Try me. Because a "terrible list" rarely gets in the GF 3 yrs in a row and wins 2 of them.

I love Chappy's never-say-die attitude. In moments of intense sadness, say from a loss, he'll be the first to stand up and declare "We will NEVER lose to them again!" And the best thing about it? He shows on the field, his passion to stay true to his word. So inspiring....
