judd would have just improved his fitness to levels never seen before in AFL to be able to run longer due to the new substitute rule. It would be impossible to keep muscle size with the aerobic fitness levels judd would be at. He knows what he is doing with his training and has deliberately slimmed down cos he knows he will go back to being more outside this year.

Trust me Judd has his body exactly how he wants it all times.
