As much as it started a little bad "going home" on the break thats expected, but the amount of "us" and "we" and "the boys" and "I really enjoy it here" etc is very heartening and i am very confident he'll stay:) Onya Juddy!

I've been saying unlitamtely it doesn't matter what happens with him, because in the end we will be (more than) happy with what we get in return, but I'd rather him stay at the club because we know hes a gun and that he can perform here, while whatever we get in return may have been a champ elsewhere he may struggle for the Eagles.

but after today, I've changed my thoughts:

He must stay at the club, and we must do everything in our power to get him to stay. If Ablett was known as God, then I dont know what they'll call Judd. Perhaps Satan (as far as Victorians are concerned) because he will taking flags out of Victoria on his own boot.

Totally agree! We MUST keep him at the club!!! Every player has to understand that we need to keep this list together! Ppl have to take little cuts here and there! We can do it but the Players just have to understand!

He sounded pretty positive about staying. He said he was really happy in Perth, lot's of "we" "the boys" "us" etc

My god he is good though. A player we have needed. Cousins is continually good, like a thorn in your side, just always hurting you. But Judd has that McLeod about him. He'll tear your heart out in 5 minutes and then just cruise. Together with Fletch, Kerr, Gardy, Embers etc Well if we dont win a premiership in the next couple of years. Ill be disappointed.

Interviewer: blah blah blah... are you feeling homesick?
Judd: No, not at all, really enjoying myself in Perth.

Either he's happy at the eagles, or is professional enough not to attract any unwanted attention with stupid comments. I dunno where these people with 'inside knowledge get their sh*t from.

Did you hear what he called you VOR? Better get down to training and sort the lad out.
:D :D :D
That was also my thoughts exactly when he said that, sorry VOR.

Judd is such a mellow sorta guy... I was watching what he does after he kicked those goals- Gather ball, break through two or three defenders, burn off another one with your pace and slot it. Then whilst the commentators try and compose themselves, and West Coast fans are looking for some clean underwear, Judd's idea of post-goal celebrations are that he gets a sly little smirk on his face, leans back and sort of struts back to the the centre.

It makes you wonder if there's something else in the tank we haven't seen yet, which would make him *really* celebrate. If so, I can't wait.

Geez...if their is something we havent seen yet then everyone is in for one hell of a ride. The guy is a freak. Who was the fool saying Judd was down on form :D

I was pretty ecstatic by that stage, but that was absolutely hilarious! ******** Victorian Mithen and Brereton banging on about homesickness, blah blah blah, and Judd just wanting to talk about the game, then they start going on about that.

I reckon he'll be thinking on the way home (back to Perth) "I can win a flag with these guys."

He'll probably also be thinking "Mum's going to kill me next week, I just said the word "knob" on TV".

Today I'm just proud to be a knob:D .

:) Damn straight. If Chris Judd thinks he is a knob, then you're in good company. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to buy a giant penis costume....

Looks like we're a whole bunch of knobs :D

I thought he spoke very well - seems to be really mature for his age and his feet definately on the ground.

Unless Daniel Kerr's cooking is so bad he tells Woosha he's going on a hunger strike - I don't think he'll be leaving our team.

after the goal

I watched the game again last night and heard the following between Healy and Brereton after Juddy's fifth goal:
B: I'm speechless - I just don't know how to wrap that

H: And you were talking a player for player swap, you will now need two players

And later in the game (I think after Juddy's interview)

H: What about the Judd trade now

B: That is a definate homesick look

Or words to that effect.

This nonsense is going to go on and on for the rest of the year especially when Juddy plays like he did yesterday. Obviously Dermie thinks Hawthorn are a chance to get Juddy - dream on Derm!

Dermie is a tool of the highest order - just look at his try hard hair style !!

I'd take what he says with a grain of salt

Surely we can do better than that... a McDonalds Franchise, his own Harem, anything and everything he wants ;)
