The fact that the Bulldogs (and any other club, that has a major player issue in the future), are very limited in what they can do, their hands are tied. The AFL are all about the optics, their reputation is paramount. In the meantime, they are prepared to disadvantage one of their major stakeholders, allow that team's reputation to be trashed, and cause potential unrest and mayhem.
