I would have thought there’d have been and still would be a heap of interest. But the value of any further years would have woken him up. And he’d have found out that clubs wouldn’t be prepared to give up any kind of decent pick for him. Big change going to a $200k plus bonuses and watching clubs haggling over getting something back from a 3rd rounder.

And plenty develop mental health issues due to excessive drug use. Doesn't really matter whether the chicken or the egg came first. His AFL career should be over
Plenty of people just fall in with the wrong crowd and go off the rails too. Impossible to know either way. The main thing is he’s got the help he needed and is giving himself a chance.

Because he's demonstrated over and over that he doesn't have the dedication or work ethic required at this level. There's hundreds of talented kids out there busting for the opportunities that JUH has been gifted and who would not treat the club giving them that opportunity the way he has treated the Dogs.
