Dont expect too much further correspondence off topic. That's a survey pick up usually. But there is no nail. C4 is a grid reference usually. Someone said the Zodiac used increments of radians, but to be honest, I know little about Zodiac.

So the pink cross with circle is referenced back to the deadman on Devil Mountain. The deadman is an R.L. to ASL. Then C4 on the map will have an R.L.

Id say its a general height datum for purposes of as constructed progress.
The paint is marker paint used by many including cable layers to denote where a trench will be dug or exiting infrastructure is laid prior excavation.

The crows foot or the Gerard Ross aka broad arrow, denotes R.L. relative A.S.L. This is a notation of a British ordnance survey or property of England in the matter of convicts.

Police will focus on what puts the ball in the hole. This is all circumstantial.

In Deb Marshalls book they already look at the dates, saying in the case of Jane, there was no holiday here, but the east was the Queens birthday. The thing is, Janes abduction was exactly on Columbia feast date which is shared by pagans also I would say. While many Christian holidays share pagan dates, and season cusps, police were lost at Janes abduction date.
Those three patron saint dates are the pattern in the case, along with Cutlers winter solstice.
Janes Columbia date takes it beyond just weekend prior.

Fancy having a name Cutler, disappearing from a hospitality staff event from your own hotel carpark. Police want to speak to the man and woman that walked out behind her that staff could not identify.

Police must have the colour of the car that tried run Julie off the road. Julie reported this incident to police and her father. The same colour of the speedway rally car that abducted Dorothy from another hotel weeks surround Julies disappearance?

The accused was registered on a GPS website with a handheld GPS that offered assistance locally with GPS and a sim-less radio tracking device being adopted by the military at the time. An interest in mapping.

Dorothy's abduction tells a story. He wears rough speedway driving gloves, has a metal bucket seat passenger bomber seat.
He grabs Dorothy by the hair, smashes the crap out of her then wraps her in glad wrap. He then punches her in the kidneys till she defecates herself. He seeks their ultimate submission.
What does that say about him? Hes weak.

It might establish motive, but it wont put someone in jail.

Because Dorothy was taken from a hotel around the same time as Julie Cutler. Julie Cutler was ran off the road by a crazy driver similar to the driver with rough driving gloves and metal bucket seat of Dorothy.
Julie Cutlers car ended up in the ocean which takes some knowledge of driving however it ended up there, whether that is rally style up the beach from the Blue Duck beach ramp, or off the ledge down into the water.

Julie went missing from the Sheraton. Julie Cutler went missing from the Parmelia within a couple of weeks.

Dorothy will have significant information of what happened that night. We have to wait to see if Julies report to police of the car matches that of Dorothy.

It was the first year of Perth Rally Australia around the time the rally occurred.

Governor Mitchell is about as famous as Governor Stirling.

Mitchell was the first Australian-born governor of Western Australia, and he remains the only person to have served as both Premier and Governor of the state. The Mitchell Freeway was named in his honour, as was Sir James Mitchell Park in South Perth and Sir James Mitchell National Park.

Captain Mears was involved in the 'Pinjar massacre' hence the street name. Obviously Parmelia is the ship that Governor Stirling arrived aka Captain Stirling. Just saying.

Julie certainly went to Iona. Julie went to Curtain as well, but I have different information. Apparently LW did psychology with her. But other articles state Julie studied theatre of sorts.

Dorothy was abducted in the weeks surrounding Julies run in with a madman driver who tried to push her off the road. While Julie went missing around the Parmelia hotel, Dorothy was abducted from the Sheraton hotel. Dorothy was abducted by a person in allegedly a yellow Toyota with metal bucket seat and rough driving gloves associated with speedway. Dorothy was wrapped in plastic and dumped at Centenary ave, Wilson in 1988 bicentennial celebration year around the time the first rally Australia happened.

She saw a “little person” wearing navy blue, possibly a child who had a similar “build and image” to Gerard, walking away from the vehicle before being coaxed back in.

The woman said she did not see who was in the orange car but did a U-turn and followed it until it pulled in beside a white van or truck, similar to a horse float on a Safety Bay Road intersection. She reported the sighting soon after to police.

Good chance its going to be a form of dirt race vehicle, whether that be complete amateur, or speedway based requirements, especially with a metal seat. Loosely defined, a rally type vehicle especially with a metal seat.

So did Julie report a similar style car to police and her father?

No doubt Dorothy has a description of the driver in height and build. And someone who spoke on this occasion. Someone who grabbed her by the hair and punched her repeatedly while shouting, "you stupid bitch, you are going to die" after wrapping her in clear plastic like a mummy and punched her in the back till she defecated herself.

Allegedly Dorothy's event was just after Julie Cutlers failed attempt to run her off the road.

So who displays this type of behaviour? Oops! Another witness! You'll have to wait and see.

Hang on, you ragged rally just a minute ago. They would run anything, and I ponder if Claremont was used around the first Rally Australia in 1988 as a demo in the lead up to the out area racing. Esplanade was certainly used in Telstra Rally Australia later when the event grew.

They would have many events at Claremont, not excluding appearance of Evil Knievel. Claremont Speedway was not just purely sprint cars.

People that like racing just don't go sprint cars.
