43. He ended up wearing it a few times at AFL level and for most of the season at Wafl level.
Strnadica was officially 45 but played both his AFL games in 34 and at least some of his WAFL games in 74.

Feel like if we pick Ginbey at 8, he'll get #7.

Ginbey will probably take 5 if he was given the choice as he has a connection wth Shep. He've had some whipping boys in & but I love that number, reckon someone like Chesser with his speed and mullet would suit it

Sportspeople are incredibly superstitious and sentimental, but why aren't more willing to change it up? A new number every year? That would * with the supporters. Or how about the higher numbers? A number is just a number at the end of the day. Ryan Turnbull truly was a pioneer.
