one of the washed out races with angel capital is back on wedneday at doomben. it was scratched before the washout so obviously not super keen on a wet track.
doomben is currently heavy 8.
mostly sunny the next 2 days, so a small chance it gets to soft.
if it doesnt get scratched could be interesting

Angel Capital scratched again even though the track is soft is annoying, but a guess a big tell that it can only run on a good track.

I'm waiting for the race replay of Randwick R1 to become available.

I had a bet on the favourite which I was certain came second. My bet has been settled as a winner and it wasn't settled incorrectly because the official result has Hidden Motive as the winner.

Did anyone see this race? Was it a protest or did my eyes fail me? FWIW, the commentator also called the outside (Kujenga) as the winner.

You can't see the head on the inside. Its head is obscured by the outside.

You can clearly tell the head on the outside would be well behind the one on the inside just by looking at each horse's tail. The tail on the horse on the inside is quite clearly behind the one on the inside and by quite a margin.

I've never had something like this happen before.

I've had three bets today, all within the last half an hour, and all three results were decided by a nose.







Two seconds and a first, all decided by a nose.

It's one thing to bet on three races (out of three) and the winning margins are a nose, but for all three of those to involve your selection is something else.

P.S. My previous post in this thread was in relation to Randwick R1 yesterday where my horse won by a nose.
