Two constants, no make that three constants since the inception of the nd. Have been the almost total failure of recruiting, List management and player devevelopment.
To this day not one of these areas has become a priority yet they are the keys to success onfield.
People wonder why some of us have been so negative for so long. We can remain negative because the kpis are never ever addressed year in year out it seems they just never learn from the past mistakes.
And it continues on, the talk is Hartley the list manager will get an extension and FJ has openly said he wants to continue on.
If ever there was a need for an external and totally independent review of the footy dept it is now.
Those responsible for this have shown themselves to be totally inept.
