So far I'm enjoying it immensely. There are two ways to go about it. On your mission you use disguises and different techniques to infiltrate and kill the mark and only the mark. This gets you tonnes of recognition, and points etc...or you can kick the front door of the mansion in and blaze away killing everything in your way. You dont get any recognition or points for this.
I have only played the first level so far and it is particularly difficult. I first managed to chlorform (sp?) the grocery delivery guy, which was very cool. The dude struggles just like you would in real life and then slowly goes limp. Then i take his clothes and drag him away where he wont be seen. Again very lifelike, all limp and ****.
Then i stuffed my guns in the grocery bags and walking in through the back entrance. The two guards seemed unfazed by the apparent delivery boy. Once inside the kitchen, the stupid chef, which was a huge overweight woman seems to know I aint the regular delivery boy so she starts to run from the kitchen screaming...so I'm left with no choice but to chloroform her too I drag her down the steps.
I was trying to do the whole mission without killing anyone but the mark. Very hard to do because they catch on real quick when the delivery boy is just walking around the mansion looking in every room for the mob boss. I was quickly killed.
So now I have taken a different tact. I had to kill one of the guards with my silenced hand gun and took his clothes. Now I can move around pretty well, and im taken as just another one of the guards.
The gameplay is very cool. It aint easy, which I like and it seems to be extremely challenging to finish the level only killing the mark. Also if you get bored with the stealth approach, you can just kill a guard take his Shotgun and start killing anything that moves. A lot of fun for when you get frustrated.

Enjoyed the first Hitman game a lot.

You would expect it to be marginally better on XBox but most games are.
I finished the first level, ended up having to kill like 6 guards and the mark! But I still got a better stealth rating than massacre rating
Onto level 2 now which is way better than the first level. You start in a train station and your mission is to kill a general of some army or something. Anyway I have killed one guard and took his clothes so that i could move around more freely. But to kill the general i need my sniper rifle. Normal guards carry AK's not high powered sniper rifles...so i need to keep my distance or they just start shooting me.
I eventually had to enter an old abandoned building across from the building where this meeting was taking place. Open window on the second floor, lined him up, back of the head....
Now Im trying to make it back to the subway to get out alive.

As soon as I got the guns in he church I saw the birds flying around in the sky, took a few shots at them, next thing, one of them is falling from the sky and lands at my feet.

It's a great game but i have to draw on all my powers to stop shooting people
They reward you for just killing the mark and the mark only but I just cant help myself....I have to slaughter every living person in the vicinity
