I understand the situation somewhat in SA, but was wondering if someone could explain to me how it is (or was) in WA.

As I understand it, when the Eagles entered the comp in 87, they were supposed to represent all WAins, right? So why did you guys not support the Eagles? Or did you support them, and then support Freo when they came in?

Not shit stirring, just curious and trying to understand footy culture a little better in WA.

I was only 12 or 11 when the dockers started and too young to have really a strong interest in the dockers.Parents were part time eagles supporters but strongly supported south fremantle in the WAFL.

A first i wasnt too interested.But I was soon swayed by the passion of the crowd and my mates constently bagging the dockers.
