yes that's correct he also played 251 afl games 738 goal's and 226 as captain in the AFL not sanfl

Firstly, it's nice that 3 NMFC players were nominated. I reckon I watched most of Carey's, Blight's and Greig's matches live (excluding Carey's interstate games).

I can honestly say that Blight is the best player I've ever seen. Closely followed by Carey, Matthews and Hird (take your pick on the order). The others not far behind either.
