Was he a little phat?

Memories Thrawny ....

Simpson was a fair talent at u18 level but was over looked because of his size and so was still available late in the draft. Basically he is too small for league footy. Carlton had to take a risk given its draft picks, but this one wont pay off. I feel the same way about marty mcGrath.
Yep I have heard of a gym. You ever heard of genes? Biology maybe. Hard gainers?

I can comment. I just did. And will again. Not big enough. Youll see.

I wonder if the arrogant prick is still around under some other guise. Certainly didn't maintain the same username because of all the credibility damage it took.

Thought he was cooked late last year.

I was wrong.

Congratulations Simmo!
Same here & even in the early games this year he seemed to be off the pace. To his credit he has rediscovered his mojo & today's game was better than anything he has played over the last couple of years. In the last quarter, when it looked like Collingwood could overrun us, Simmo got into the right positions over & over again to stem a number of forward thrusts. In the end I thought he was the difference between winning & losing.

He didn't have the guts to state his own team, too.

I reckon St. Kilda.

Others claimed he was Collingwood at the time.

A mainstay in my dreamteam/ supercoach defence for the past few years. Was bittersweet watching him tear the pies up today.

Kade is as close to underrated as it comes, would kill for his leadership, silky skills and decision making at Collingwood right about now. :thumbsu:

Here's to #250 being as good as #249.

Kade's been my favourite player since I really started following he Blues. I've worn the 6 on every guernsey I could and I've always tried to model myself after his playstyle.

I'd like to congratulate Kade on his 250th and wish him all the best for the rest of this season, and hopefully many more to come.
And your avatar pic is brilliant, I think he has a few more years left too.

As I posted in the preview thread. Congrats Simmo! So proud of him. A player deserving of the milestone. The courage, the pride and the passion!

Nothing would make me happier than to see Simmo cop his rightful spot on the AA half-back flank at the end of the season finally. We all know he should have a couple of those guernseys under his belt by now.

I wish upon wish that the boyz can pull next week off for him. Stuff 4 wins in a row .... just a 100% effort and never say die game to reflect the character that is K Simpson.

Really bad time to venture into these parts, but he is probably my favourite non-Collingwood player. He's similar to Nathan Jones (or Scott Pendlebury) in the sense that he clearly couldn't give a shit if nobody else is trying, his effort will be the same. But courage and dedication are certainly not his only attributes, he is a legitimately top rate player. First guy picked in my dream team every year for countless years and along with Pendlebury are the two guys that I don't bother looking at prices to see if they are poor value, they are just in without question.

Great game from him yesterday. Has been the heart and soul of the club for many years.
While it is difficulty to imagine him playing a role on the field in our quest for 17, his leadership and legacy will have him there in spirit.

Can easily see Kade being around for another couple of years. Congrats Simmo. You deserve to be a part of a successful team and may you get what you deserve.
