So not sure what “ownage” you are getting on here, besides another former footballer in the media (ie not a journalist) recycling their thoughts out there in order to stay relevant in their media role, and another media organisation taking it and turning into further click material for people to be enraged about.

That's absolutely not what he said. Some of your other posting on Korne is also very strange - Kane stated recently on the Front Bar that he effectively failed in a training exercise which had nothing to do with fitness and all about awareness, which at this point is just completely par for the course. If you have or know anyone that's been in the fire brigade you'd also be aware of the length and intensity of psychometric testing to weed types out who can't handle the realities of the job

I have no idea whats involved in the training but he graduated. That's a fact, it obviously didn't weed him out.

As I said who cares, the career wasn't for him and he got a more appealing offer. It happens in all walks of life.

Sure - on the flipside he's effectively sold out any serious acumen in football analysis and coaching he could have had for the $$$ to hang shit on 18-19yo kids without any serious recourse. It's gutless but to be expected from such a text book narcissist that would flog his own kid's illness as a human shield to protect Port's club doctor, who was clearly in the wrong and likely at risk of malpractice if we're being honest. It's the old 'the bloke would sell his mum for a dollar' - well we know the answer to that.
