Here's a great movie that's all about Karma.

Yeah it's mainly about having good habits and a positive attitude. But they are skills you can learn and become more 'lucky'. For example, lucky people tend to have a lot of personal contacts. That means they hear of job opportunities, their contacts can recommend a good tradie, they'll get a ticket for the Grand Final etc. You can improve your contact network and not in a fake, contrived way. Go out of your way to have a chat with someone at work you think might be interesting but you haven't spoken to before, chat to randoms like people serving you or the person cutting your hair, make an effort to keep in touch with people.
A positive attitude is very important. I once went to a seminar by an educational consultant. He reckoned he could make a good prediction of the future life success of primary school kids by how much they smiled.
I think everyone in this thread should actually look up Karma and the meaning behind it. It's lost on everyone who has posted in this thread.
How so?I think everyone in this thread should actually look up Karma and the meaning behind it. It's lost on everyone who has posted in this thread.
Karma means action, work or deed; it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect). Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering.
Love a chicken karma.
I will slap you.karmi*
Karma (Sanskrit: कर्म; IPA: [ˈkərmə] ( listen); Pali: kamma) means action, work or deed; it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect).
I think most posters in here understand Karma as what is essentially cause and effect.
You must have another definition though, what are people missing?
It was a riff on chicken korma, not parma.
Both are good.

Yes cause had Hillary got in all would be right in the world.President Trump in a bit under 18 hours is one of the all-time great illustrations of how karma is complete and utter bullshit. Man acts like a ****head his entire life and entire campaign and look how it turned out.
