thanks. excuse the ignorance but is that only applicable to apple appliances?

notice kayo subscriptions have taken a hit.

Nah, your Kayo subscription can be used on any device that supports it. The ATV app is very good.

Haven't heard "set top box" come up in quite a few years!

If you have a "dumb TV" and are looking to make it smarter, I'd be looking at a device like the Vodafone TV for $72 (https://www.vodafone.com.au/vodafone-tv) or a Xiaomi Mi Box (https://www.tobydealsau.com/en_AU/p...android-4k-tv-box-black-global-version-3.html) for $86. I own both, some advantages of one over the other, but they're pretty close.

Others are the Chromecast Ultra (https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/google-chromecast-ultra-black-gochrultra) and you might get away with a cheaper Chromecast 3rd gen. I have no experience using these, only the CC 1st gen. I prefer the functionality and UI of the previous two devices over these.

For those with a Telstra phone plan Kayo are now offering their basic plan for $15 a month (that's $10 a month off), and their premium plan for $25 a month (also $10 a month off) for 12 months:

I'm having some issues with Kayo, the quality of the picture is HD standard however it is quite jittery/jerky at times.

It becomes too frustrating to watch at times. Does anyone have this problem or know away to resolve such issues?

just got kayo and most of the sport goes.:( wonder if they will offer discounts. i see telstra has a $15 package.

the quality of the picture is okay but not great. switched to 7 last night as it was better quality.

And to be fair I'm even thinking of switch from Foxtel now to just normal Foxtel, the fact I have 120mbs steady cable internet constantly and I have streams that are delayed, streams that lag etc is just something that really irks me.

I see people saying this sometimes but my internet is usually 5 to 10mbps tops and I've never had an issue with the live streams.
