How close are the three remaining teams to full strength? Any injury concerns? Doesn't look like Kilmartin played on the weekend, will he play in the Grand Final?

Olsen and McCurry didn't play Sunday for Stanhope and would be surprised if both aren't right this week, didn't seem to be any injuries from the game, so expect them to be close to full strength. Nagambie, had an onballer injure a calf Satdy and have Haysom out for season I believe, other than that not sure

Other than Ant Haysom we should have a full list to pick from. Gleeson's calf looks to be ok. Kilmartin didn't play against us on Saturday but I think he did the running for the 2's so I would expect him to be right for the GF.

Not a bad prediction there VT

What are thoughts on the prelim final?

Should be 3 great games of footy out at Tally. I think close games in both the seniors and seconds, Ardy should win the thirds, however tally have fought hard for 2 close wins so far this finals series so wouldn't count them out.

Good luck to all teams competing.

I surprised myself with how close I got. As for this week I find it hard to pick a clear winner. Wagstaff wins the ruck, but nagambie's onballers are better and against us were able to read my taps very well. Pricey especially, he can break that first tackle and get it forward.
I'm not sure Nagambie's backline will be able hold Stanhopes fwds all game so for the Lakers to make it to the big dance they'll need to score heavily.
The wide spaces at Tally has me picking Nagambie by under 20 points.

Not too sure Nagambie's onballers would have the Mainland boys covered, when there is guys like Hoota, Gemmil, Auld, Al Young and Hepburn swinging through the middle!

There it is, wasnt long for some Tosser Sparra love came my way.. You need to get some new material mate.. No stiff just stating some facts old fella!

From what I can see, all 12 clubs in the Mininera DFL field reserves sides. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a case of a lot of their guys being 'unavailable'. Nevertheless, we're no longer ranked 34th!
A lot of locals play in the mininera reserves comp. It is good for health and fitness but not necessarily top notch footy. Lismore-Derrinallum Demons won today and I know they have good numbers at training etc.

One can only wonder what he would have asked to coach a struggling team. When do these blokes actually wake up to themselves and give something back to the game?
Can confirm, just for you Woody, that Whitnall will not be coaching anywhere up this way next year and will be 'giving something back to the game'!

I wouldn't be surprised if the lions can make an upset here. Will be an interesting game whatever the outcome.

Should be a great game Saturday in front of a record crowd it would have to be with no Murray on the same day ! Both these sides are full of star players with the gum topping up with 3 recent Gvl reps and a couple of more than handy players and then stanny with the likes of foreys wags gemmil young the list just goes on I just think the gum with with fresher legs more leg speed and the fact the last time they met they kept foreys and wags pretty quite and must do it again as those 2 are the keys for stanny won't be a lot in it merrigum by 10 points good luck to all involved Saturday !!MY TIP for the medal Price Lee Morgan Wellington

The real question is if the merrigum coach is going to put his head over the footy and play team first, instead of individual honors like last year playing with a jaw/cheekbone and costing his side the game in the second half by contributing to 5 of nagambies goals
