League has to consider previous history and are only ones who can approve a set penalty . Also although it suggests a set penalty can't be accepted for a second offence in the same year the league can overturn .
A league would want to have a bloody good reason for not sending a second offence to a tribunal .

Going to be some good footy this weekend.

Lakers v wombats. Will be an interesting game with lanky looking to get another win on the board after a few bad weeks, but my pick is the lakers.

Tally v gig. Tally to win after there 100+ win over the cats.

Gum v murch. This will give us a really good idea on the top 5 come finals. Is a must win for the hoppers if they wanna play finals. Gum to win.

Rushy v ardy. Well this will be a interesting game also, can ardy get another win after there mid season
crisis, or can rushy get there 2nd win of the season. With both clubs struggling it
will come down to the wire and it will
prove who really wants to be playing footy and whos just there to have a kick. Cats to win.

Undera v Longwood. The lions to be to strong.

Stanny v swans. Much the same as the hoppers v gum match. Is a must win for both if they want to play finals. Stanny to get over the line.

And towners v the bye. My guess is the towners to be to strong and claim the 4 points.

Question for you didak did merigum cop a 4500 fine for not having thirds a few years ago.
Also what's the league doing about clubs not fielding three teams. The home team should be compensated they were quick to fine clubs for not having under 18s but now it's accepted

Imagine if we go to 4 teams!

To my knowledge, don't think clubs are compensated for opposing teams not fielding a side.

Could be a interesting outcome next season if the points system comes into play when Nagambie are already under the total points aloud for players in there best 1st side now, that's what happens when all your locals come home.

How many points are the league giving each club

Hasn't been set in stone I believe. Next year will be more of a trial, rather than strict rules around points straight away. Will give clubs a year to adjust.

Would have thought this be the case but who knows!

Nagambie also has a population of roughly triple most of the towns they compete against. So there's more "locals" to draw from. I dare say they may cop fewer points because of this.

Big news.. With Steve Thomo goin down with a broken hand.. Rattray mite struggle to play again with a stuffed knee.. Lookn to get it cleaned out I think.. And another nagambie player broke his hand aswell.. Gunna be a cracking finals series that's for sure..

Handy pick up Normo, but won't he one game short of qualifying now? Thought you had to play 6 games?

Registered pre a certain date means less than 6 to qualify I think scribe.. Unlike bangers only played 2 now will see him fall short I believe??
