Sounds like the fiveAA crew asked some better questions and KT sounded a lot more coherent.
Some message came in from a supporter asking why we aren’t getting an external review when we have performed worse than the Crows over recent years.
KT said the club did an in depth review last year and changed a lot about our footy department with player and coaching changes. So we are on a new path and only one year into this new path.

It's funny how this exciting new path led to some very familiar performances.

It's also funny that they identified that the old path wasn't working, and yet kept every single key decision maker in their role for the new path.

It's especially funny that the new path didn't include doing something different with the forward setup.

We've also turned over players and coaches repeatedly over the past 7 years. The trade of Wingard was arguably the biggest player move in that time, but it's still part of a regular turnover of players.

The key architects from 2015 onwards are still all present. Koch KT Davies Ken Voss. Bassett since 2016.

He definitely lied to us about co captains.

I see no reason to think this is any different.

Also co captains seems to be one of the things they "learnt" in their awesome 2018 review that definitely means no review is needed in 2019.

At this point I’d boot 90% of the board before I turned my attention to KT. I have no doubt he’s aware how much of a monumental **** up extending Ken’s contract was. Everything he says is now just PR spin. He’s doing his best to shine a Bono sized turd.

We are only one year into the new path and while it seems indistinguishable from the old path let's give Hinks a few more years and if nothing changes we can always get him to try a new new path.

So he said no agreement was signed when we joined the AFL but some sort of agreement was signed in 2007 to do with wearing the bars but we are able to wear them for special occasions if we clear it with the AFL.
No mention of Eddie.
Said they are avoiding to talk too much about the bars until they are unveiled next year.

The question is where is the path leading? Oblivion?

Ah, the old 'end of year review' thing. They have been using that one since Bucky's time. Every time we had a bad year Bucky would tell us all that the Club conducted an, 'in depth end of year review ' and that 'everyone's position was scrutinised, even his'.

It seems to me me they changed everything last year bar one position and we still went shithouse. Maybe that unchanged factor needs to be looked at?
