I think he was fired from similar behaviour at PAFC and I know for absolute 100% fact that everyone who has mentioned anything about Hawthorn has said bad things about the place and that Kennett was a huge flog for the entity of time he was there.

From everything I know about KT he won't tolerate staff who work against the best interests of the club, be it leaking stuff to the media or whatever, and goes to enormous lengths to keep EVERYTHING in house. HV isn't the only person to be let go for such behaviour. Everyone I know who works at the club adores KT but they all know the deal. They know the rules.

If you search back through some of his history he seems to imply he worked there for 2 years, in 2012 and 2013. But then there's posts from 2013 where he's bagging port after a Hawthorn game, so I wouldn't put it past him being a nutter.
