Voss is no sabotage. He's just incompetent.
The writing was on the wall from day one with him- he is not meant to coach and everything and person he coaches will and has turned to shit.
The worry for me is that the club have taken far too long to recognise this and if they had identified it before the events of recent weeks, nothing has changed as yet.

Voss is already damaged goods by the AFL standard of having not been a roaring success at the club he was head coach of on his first go at it.
Literally his only chance at redemption is to assistant coach the ass out of whoever he is with now. He literally has to demonstrably be the sole cause of our next premiership if he ever wants to get anywhere near a head coaching job again. That's how it works (it's twenty sixteen last time I checked)
He might hate the club. So did Bassett. It's still in their best interests to make us play like ****ing champions and to dominate the league. It's their best chance at head coaching jobs in the future.
The idea that there is any kind of sabotage, from outright ****ing us to submininal accidental ****ing us, it's not happening my friend.

I tend to agree here, surely Hocking and Bassett, both of whom are far from shrinking violets wouldn't sit quietly by if there was any sign of sabotage. I actually don't think Vossy is the problem, but what would I know. Rest of your post Janus, is great.

I'm just trying to figure out why there has been zero response to something that has affected the team since last year. You're all saying it can't be - fine, it's not. Then what is it? If this entire board can see that we are setting up wrong and that we shouldn't be placing players in positions to win taps that aren't going to happen, why are they still doing it? And for so long? I'm looking for answers - I came up with one no one likes, but the point is to find the cause rather than the symptom here.
Voss isn't Bassett, by the way. Completely different psychological make up. Remember, Voss is the guy who still wears a number 3 necklace. That tells you a lot about his profile and what defines him as a person.
Oh, and here's no fine line. I'm just an idiot who occasionally has lucid moments.

Anyway, back to KT. I have faith that he is actively doing his bit to ensure the on-field woes are fixed. It is crucial to ensuring his off-field advances are bedded down.

KT has given the football department everything they need to be successful and I have full faith that he will be able to fix things if necessary. No doubt he would be very unhappy with the on-field performance at the moment considering the amount of work he has done to set the club up for the long term, but also to support this playing group by investing heavily in the football department and high performance.
However, if it's an issue in the coaches box then it should be a matter for Chris Davies and Shaun Hart to sort out. Without knowing the intricacies of the football department setup I would have thought KT should be acting on advice from these two with regard to coaching appointments, etc because they are responsible for the general operations and performance of the coaching group.
If it's an issue in the playing group then it's a matter for Ken, his assistants and/or the leadership group to sort out!
