The use of the word 'precinct' is interesting. That implies more than just the oval and the club rooms and (just hypothesising here) may take in the bowling club, car park and other nearby properties.

I've had lunch at Hawthorns Waverley facility and it is amazing. Good mix of public access and outside businesses. At the top end of the scale if we had a spare billion or three Manchester City have a state of the art "precinct" that we could try to emulate.

And if the scoreboard at Alberton is renamed anything but the Tim Hodges or Scott Evans scoreboard I'll go postal.
