Koch's fingerprints are all over the Hinkley extension, but he won't own that. KT is the fall guy taking the blame for the extension. Ken can't be sacked without someone higher up taking responsibility for it and going as well.
KT absolutely should have been standing in front of the board telling them this can not happen, it is unjustified, he would be being paid to much and we can’t risk it.
If Keith went to the board saying this they wouldn’t have approved it, Koch played his role without question and his desire to make Ken a “10 year coach” when he has done nothing since 2014 to deserve being here is a joke.
But as CEO it’s KTs job to advise the board on matters like this.
All 3 of them should go. This is the mess that they have created. Financially we are screwed as much as we are currently on field. This would not be tolerated in the majority of the business world, so why should this be acceptable at port?
Yep.
Koch - the 'financial guru' under whose stewardship the club finds itself in such a precarious position that we don't have the financial resources to fix the mistakes from his diabolical decision making.
Hinkley - the '10 year coach' who hasn't won a single final in the past 5 years and has squandered a generation of talent in his development black hole.
KT - the 'quiet achiever' who can't land a sponsor, make money out of China, or find a financial backer for his community boondoggles.
They. All. Need. To. Go.
Cause we don't run the club. KT and clowny are expendable, but we are stuck with Koch for as long as he wants the job. The AFL are not going to get rid of a guy who has a national audience no matter how much damage he does to Port.
