CEOs do absolutely have contracts. I understand his expires at the end of next year but am wondering if anyone can confirm this.

He would have had an official one when he started at the club, but it might have evolved to a list of conditions subsequent to the first one rather than a full blown document signed by him and the club. Sort of a rollover document.

Wouldn't he be on an ordinary executive salary. Term is unusual but have pay out clauses and termination notices.
6 to 12 month pay out is normal in other sectors.

I reckpn Bass would out coach Ken any day. I know i'm the odd one out around here but Ken runs the club and has final say, we have good people their now, would you rather Ross Lyon or Scott?
Bass would know our list backwards as would Monty and Schofield, getting a new coach from within would be fine, we need to remove Ken to get some fresh air in the place.
I would move on Voss/Cornes/Hartlett/Broady/SGray/Dixon/SPP/Westy to start with.
I don't want any of Voss, Bassett, Chad Cornes or Hinkley at the club anymore. They can all go for me.
Keep Schofield, Monty and Brogan and start completely fresh with a new coach. Get away from any who have been here since 2015/16.
The players named I agree with letting go, but honestly it wouldn't be possible to move them all at once.
We need a fresh start, and a change of culture. I feel getting those coaches out is a start.

Mmmmm...maybe he spent a few days at a health farm rather than China.
And of course there would be relief knowing that he doesn’t have to spend the off season looking for a new head coach.
