Keith made one good point that I could see:

"He has great relationships with his players - they play for him."

Judging by the 4 out of the last 5 years we have missed the finals the players would be well advised to find something else to ******* well play for.
Such bullsh*t. The players play for him. The players play for the CLUB, paid by the club. They were clearly 'playing for Ken' 2 weeks ago against North.

The question is where is the path leading? Oblivion?

Ah, the old 'end of year review' thing. They have been using that one since Bucky's time. Every time we had a bad year Bucky would tell us all that the Club conducted an, 'in depth end of year review ' and that 'everyone's position was scrutinised, even his'.

It seems to me me they changed everything last year bar one position and we still went s**thouse. Maybe that unchanged factor needs to be looked at?
Stability breeds success.

Proceeds to change everything except the chairman, CEO, and head coach.

Guess what guys? He doesn't have the answers. They don't have the answers. Their running out of spin but they're still coming up with it. It just looks like they're backing this horse and hoping it comes in sometime. They come up with we believe this is the path to success and we're going to continue with it but it's hope not belief. There isn't much in the past 5 years that I can see would instill belief. I believed in 97 and it finally happened in 04. I'm hopeful now. Hoping something will magically click with the current setup but it's a faint hope.

So he said no agreement was signed when we joined the AFL but some sort of agreement was signed in 2007 to do with wearing the bars but we are able to wear them for special occasions if we clear it with the AFL.
No mention of Eddie.
Said they are avoiding to talk too much about the bars until they are unveiled next year.
Weird....clear as mud.

John James didn’t give two shits about the club’s history and happily signed away the right to wear the bars. Guy was a fool.

I still won’t believe theres an agreement until I see it

I’d say go to Hell but considering the traffic in and around Prahran you already are.

No you could still say it.

I’m currently convalescing at Hunters Hill Private Hospital. Moving forward I will be going to hell in 3 weeks time.

Excuse me Miss where can I find the “Get well soon and then go to Hell” cards?

Get better soon so I can kill you cards would be a hit I think.

In Arnies world anyway

Sooner rather than later please.

I had a boss who misused “violent agreement” all the ****ing time. I had to point out to him on numerous occasions we were in fact arguing not agreeing.

The campaigner.

He's sounded like that for years. I can't stand listening to him. The stammering, the over thinking every.... bloody.....word. The deliberately obtuse answers. It's all bulls**t and comes off as disingenuous. He's not up to it. As you said he looks cooked and he should leave ASAP both for the sake of the club and also his own health.
Love it. The long story telling infuriated me as its a sign of indecisiveness and a corporate politician.

Ask KT a question and 5 minutes later he is still talking about the context, the moon and the orbit

Complete and utter PR professional

KT is no PR professional. He’s just muddled. I sat next to him during a pitch he was making back in February 2015, after five minutes I had to interrupt and take over as the ‘victim’ was already looking at his watch. Andrew Hunter has said much the same after a negotiation in Hangzhou. If KT was to invest elsewhere the hours he spends in the Land of Muddle he’d be able to do ten times as much.

Moving forward I’ll do my best in this space to try not to say um in this space.
Walking through the park, it wasn't quite dark
There was a man sitting on a bench
Out of the crowd as his head lowly bowed
He just moaned and he made no sense
He'd just go
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um

I just couldn't help myself
Yes, I was born with a curious mind
I asked this man just what did he mean
When he moaned if he'd be so kind
And he'd just go
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um

Now that I've grown up
And the woman I love she has gone
Now that I'm a man, I think I understand
Sometimes everyone must sing this song
Listen to me sing
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, um

Over there next to the "Thanks Coach" cards...

Port Adelaide - "We exist to win premierships, except when an opposition wants to win them too and then we understand it's a tough competition, the draw can be tough, it's not the old SANFL and you can't win everything"

You left the 'making the community proud ' out of it Coops? Where is your community spirit man? ;)

I get the impression that the strain of office has caught up with KT. When he first took on the CEO role he appeared far more decisive than he does these days. It is as if he is trying to second guess the crowd's reaction to everything he says. It is as if he is permanently fixed in damage control mode and he does not want to say something that he feels might come back to bite him in the arse.

I have no doubt that KT's heart is in the right place but I wonder if his 'use by date' is pretty close. The question is of course if KT did pull the pin would we get anyone better?
