Kelvin Moore

We should keep K.Moore on our list for 1 more year however no more then that. He is tall mobile and athletic and can play as a KPP. That by itself gives him one more year. I thought his game against Yze was decent. Yze didn't have any major impact on the game. He could also be used as a roaming forward and his skills are very good unlike Roach and Rodan.

I have absolutely no care for Roach and Rodan. They aren't going to take this club forward.

Top 5 in our team According to Wallace. Kingy reckons he's one of our best.

IMO he is definately top five. He is class when it comes to skills.

Pace he is top 5. Came second in the athletics sprint at punt rd.

:) SERIOUSLY guys.

Apply the same principles. I played a stack of local football - over 200 games. My skills, well they were reasonably good....just a lot of days I had trouble finding the pill!

Kel's skills might be good - maybe even top 5 - the guy just doesn't win the ball. Ditto for Roach and Rodan.

Again, he might be quick - top five again - but that pace ain't getting him to the ball.

I find it laughable that there have been hundreds of posts re key position players at Tigerland and the need for someone to play on those monster forwards such as Hall, Brown and Rocca. So now we are labelling Kel a position player. Couldn't outmuscle a 15 year old!!!!

Hey, he looks not unlike Dustin Fletcher...think we have wasted four years waiting for him to turn in to Dustin Fletcher.

Won't happen - show him the door please!

Agreed. hey I was probably the most skilled player at my club. Could hit a target nine times out of 10, took a pretty good overhead mark blah, blah, blah. The fact that I had the heart the size of a 5 cent piece or at least Aaron Fiora's meant I was never much chop.
Moore = hack

I really couldn't care less if he couldn't find the pill as a defender as long as we was stopping his direct opponent from finding the pill. Height, athleticism, being mobile and so forth is advantageous for him in this regard.

I have the same reservations about Kel Moore as anyone, but when it comes to Tom Roach, l have absolutely no sympathy at all.

He IS the worst player on our list. No ifs, buts or maybes. He is poor.

After daylight, Rodan is next worst. :thumbsu:
Nah i disagree
RODAN

Roach

:) Agility of Napoleon Dynamite....football brain and ability of Napoleon Dynamite!!!

read on the AFL website that a young kid aged 19 years old and only picked up in last years draft has been delisted by Essendon, pretty unfair huh?

As far as im aware that if a kid is picked up in the NAB draft then there is a 2 year contract waiting for him, unless he played for another AFL and was delisted and taken again then he can be delisted.

You get a 2 year deal, but you can be delisted, the club just has to pay you out and the salary counts under the cap unless another club picks you up.

Richmond still want him and rightly so. Like a few others on here (the minority) I rate him (actually rate him higher than Thursfield) and I would like to see them persevere with him.

Expect to see him either at Full Back on the faster leading players like lloyd and fev or on a back flank on lead up players such as O'Keefe, Hansen, or Tarrant. We have nobody else. Thursfield and McGuane will take time, Ray Hall is too slow, and Gas has lost a yard.

Moore aint going anywhere. He has ability but has had a shocking run with injuries. I thought 2006 would be make or break, however how do you judge a bloke who, due to injury, only played 2 games. In 2006 as soon as he was right, he was played. Unfortunately lasted 2 games before injury struck again.2007 will obviously be his last chance. We've had a lot of duds in the past. This bloke isn't one of them. Lack of ability isn't holding him back (like so many others in the past), injuries are. Get behind him.

Still time for some of you blokes to get on board. If you guys want success next year we'll need someone like Kel Moore to step up. I for one think he can, injuries aside.

I haven't seen Moore do anything to suggest he can be a stand out at AFL level, but I am happy enough for the guys who see him work at training, in the gym, at Coburg, off the bench, on the ground and around the club to make the call. Plough and the list management group will have a better idea than anyone and if they want to give him another year I'm happy to support him and the rest of the playing group. He's lucky that we are short of tall players and he can play a role forward or back. Roach and Rodan haven't done enough to stay on the list. A real shame because I like them both but that's footy. Better players than these two have been delisted from AFL lists over the years.

Moore on Fev? Geez, I'm not sure if I'd want the kiddies to see that... That said, if stays, all power to him.

Surely though Bowden will take AK's spot, not anyone else
