Meanwhile Crows fans want Hinkley to stay. Does remind me of opposition fans (especially Spurs and United fans) wanting Arsenal to keep Wenger. Same for Manchester United and Ole. Yep... it's the same feeling when your rivals coach is mediocre and you want them to stay.

As Madonna once sang "Pappa don't preach", I think we should look to INXS for guidance in this tough situation.

"Don't Change" the coach, "Don't Change" a thing, for me. I am sure Ken Hinkley will give you " What You Need"
as he is "Heaven Sent" have faith in the young players who are a "New Sensation" and all your problems will in
time "Disappear". Don't "Listen Like Thieves" to the "Devil Inside" nor succumb to "Original Sin" because
"This Time" you need to "Just Keep Walking" and accept that Ken Hinkley is "The Loved One". Ken Hinkley will
"Burn For You" so "I Send A Message" and I hope it gets through, Port Adelaide and Ken Hinkley what a team,
a team that dare I say please "Never Tear Us Apart".

Or you could just sack the prick and he will become a distant memory of greatness.

Scared of the sack, like a virgin.

Needs a NEVER option, Ken Hinkley is Port Adelaide, Port Adelaide is Ken Hinkley. Clearly in the top eighteen
coaches in the competition.
your having a laugh arent you? or just needling the port supporters ? what has he done to deserve to continue as coach ?
if port are around the 3-8 mark he'll be gone...if they fail to make finals yet again he'll be gone
coach for life ?..wake up

Yes I am having a laugh.
No I am not needling the Port Adelaide supporters.
Having a winning record of 55% says maybe he does deserve to continue.
Coaches are massively overrated, the game is over analysed.
Coach for life is a piss take, why so serious to quote Heath Ledger (RIP).

He has the gift of the gab.. he has great people skills with his players.. they love him even though he cant coach... this is the year though they make the 8 and win a final.. which means he is safe
Theres a MASSIVE difference between highly rated and rated higher than the Crows.

Thats what ive heard but the port supporters think he has to win a final. Be funny as if they come 8th and get knocked out first week only to have them renew his contract for a further 12 months. Ports board will be hilarious reading.

I’m melting already, reading this post

Port Adelaide (Kenny's Clay):

0-50 Games: 25 Players or 54.34%
51-100 Games: 7 Players or 15.22%
101-150 Games: 6 Players or 13.04%
151-200 Games: 4 Players or 8.70%
201-250 Games: 2 Players or 4.35%
251+ Games: 2 Players or 4.35%

It is clear from this list that Port Adelaide has invested heavily in it's youth (youf) and has left their playing
futures in the hands of master potter Ken Hinkley. What will emerge from the potter's wheel what will be
made of "Kenny's Clay".

Always preferred the work of the "Divine Potter" myself.

Much like Jack Watts

Not sure it is a measure of looking backwards "lumpinee" as we have had players move or retire since 2019
as you are a Richmond man you have lost Rance and Ellis and Townsend and added a bunch of draftees. It
is more of a measure of assessing who may take the next step or elevate their careers or looking forward.

I will give you current Richmond versus current Gold Coast.

Richmond: (Hardwick's Heroes)
0-50: 25 Players or 58.14%
51-100: 7 Players or 16.28%
101-150: 2 Players or 4.65%
151-200: 4 Players or 9.30%
201-250: 3 Players or 6.98%
+250: 2 Players or 4.65%

Gold Coast: (Dew's Destiny)
0-50: 31 Players or 62.00%
51-100: 8 Players or 16.00%
101-150: 8 Players or 16.00%
151-200: 2 Players or 4.00%
201-250: 1 Player or 2.00%

Now obviously there is a big difference between a player on 48 games as opposed to a draftee on zero games,
but I could not be bothered typing out all the names with the added bonus of who will make it and who is
just a financial offset for the higher paid players. Anyhow back to the Ken Hinkley lovefest and apologies for
the short detour off topic.

Can't argue with the people "WillHayward" similar people elected Trump and Johnson which is a sad reflection
on us all really with a similar level of competence.

The people hate him. If it were a General Election he would have been voted out in a landslide. Unfortunately our board is full of idiots controlled by the AFL and they are the ones who gave him this ridiculous contract/tenure. Only 2 of our board are member elected. The members have no power. The only thing we can do is withdraw our support to show our dissatisfaction by cancelling memberships or not attending games. It hurts the club but there is little else we can do.
