i feel saddened by this statement... sad to see carlton supporters back players, then as soon as they turn their back, not a gd thing can be said about them, especially in a situation like the judd trade, where he was basically forced to go. it shows how biased some of our posters are. lets not lower ourselves to collingwood 'biasism' (is that a word) people!

the tounge and cheek would of been in retaliation with the the numerous WCE supporters who found the need to come over and slag out the CFC...

check out The Age sports website today and read the article on Judd... you will see that Carlton were only the front runners as Judd had "getting the deal done" ie: compensating WCE while satisfying his own requirements... this is evident because he could of easily have chosen collingwood, they were offering equal amounts of money and had the room to do it... but that is all in the past...

you have a great player in your hands now and it would be good if he was filling our hole at CHF!

Very impressed by his game, loved his work ethic - chased tackled and harrassed, took loads of marks. Tall, strong, agile, quick on the lead. Give him a year or 2 and he'll be a Star! Very very excited!

Kennedy is going to be a star. I can't believe how much your supporters were rubbishing him during the trade period, most likely they'd never seen him play.
 
Just on CH 10 Malcom Blight made a ridiculous call that Kennedy "will be talent as good as Chris Judd" lol. Ok he wont be that good but if hes half as good ill take that!

Blighty was enthusiastic about both Kennedy and McKinley. He suggested that we where seeing our future forward line and first for this decade.

He may very well be right. ____en hope so.

Love Kennedy and was sad to see him go - although losing Bower would have been just as a big a loss, given how good he's going thus far this season.

And in response to the inevitable Bower-bagging posts, he'll show out West next week what a talent he is.

Well i hope to God he knows what he's talking about. Mckinley is amazing, but this thread is about kennedy... i missed the first quarter and a bit of the second, and apparently he did well in that time period, so i missed anything he did, except on the highlights reel.
 
Great 1st game from JK.... Gave them something to kick to up the centre of the ground...

Led well marked well. Cones also did well by presenting himself up the middle.

But unfortunately as has been the case all season our midfielders continue to lapse back into that chip out wide crap...

How is our forward line supposed to function when our midfielders slow the game down to a walk (and allow teams to flood back)..

Seriously something is completely amiss in our coaching box for this to continue to happen week after week after week..
