Not hating, Keyser, but I see you in here a lot, even when we're not playing the Eagles. Be honest, you're thinking about becoming a Freo supporter, aren't you? Can't blame you really ;)

I'm also thinking of sticking a fork into the eye of my penis

Rational thought isn't one of my strong points

oMG YESSSSS!!! About bloody time. I predict full domination in the wafl. Then inclusion in the main 22 next week, named new the captain the following week.
I'm so excited!!

It's pretty funny thinking back how frustrated my Essendon supporting mate used to get with Kepler when he was over there, used to lose his shit. The dude is just too random to be a backman.

Yeah, Don's loss that Sheeds at the time insisted that he was going to be a backman. I can see why because of his physical attributes. Big guy, but fairly mobile and nice field kick and solid overhead - but it never worked and it was our gain that he was effectively given up on.

I thought his come-back game was great. Not many minutes as you'd expect, but he had very good touch. Even at half fitness you can see, at his size, maturity and skill set, that he's too good for WAFL. We could really do with him right now.

Talk of Tabs and other players taking pressure off Pav abound - but to date, of all the players in our list who've actually shown they can do that, it's Keps. He does everything you want from a 2nd tall - plus there's always the unexpected window into some alternative universe and how they play football there that only Kepler gives you.

Can't wait 'til he's back, though it will probably be next year before he's fully his old self.

As a fan of the great man you really should have spelt his name right in the heading valkoram. (See what I did there!)

That is a good point but I was so excited about the return my mind was just going KEP - LARRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrr

Where are ya Harry?

He played a better game than Naitanui, even with limited game time. Bradley had 9 possessions, took 7 marks and kicked a goal with only 40 minutes of actual game time.

Naiatnui played the whole game and had 10 possessions, took one mark and kicked zip, nada, donut, bugger-all in fact.

So was I wrong do you think?

Harry we all know that Notastat is not that good and the press is at last starting to catch up with his uselessness but comparing stats between WAFL and the AFL is

Does everything with Kep have to be in jest or facetious?

The guy tries his heart out every single game. You'll always get effort from him and at the moment, that's more than what the safe-to-celebrated Hills, Pearces, Johnsons et al are giving. I am a big Kep fan and I don't think resorting to "daw jee he looks funny!!! look at him he slipped!!" jokes ad nauseum is kind of doing the guy justice. He'll ruck better than the soft and clueless Clarke and pointless Crozier.

You had me until the Kep can ruck part.

Pinch-hitting he's alright. If it comes down to Zaarke and Kepler for a spot, I'll back Kepler to the hills and then to Joondalup and then down to Hamy Hill. Not that those two are directly competing. But Kep offers so much more.

Nah, SA, Kep couldn't win a tap in a Bunnings raffle.
Not a ruckman, be.
Plus I am sure nobody is having a go at him it is more terms of endearment. He still can't ruck for shit.

That's what people appreciate, that he tries every game.

But they also know that you're not exactly sure what you'll get with Kepler.

If Kepler makes it back into the 22, then it will be as FF/CHF. Sandi and Clarke will remain in the team.

Compare Kepler to our other tall forwards after Pavlich, ie. Taberner and Apeness

I watch bits of the peel game (grrrr sister had the remote and kept changing away. for a dockers fan she just does not get it) and he did some good stuff. Hope someone who watched the whole match can comment on his likelihood of selection.
