it doesn't matter what MM does or anybody for that matter because intellectual retrobates like yourself will not open your closed minds, enjoy the coming wars, I only wish tossers like yourself would put up and go and fight these wars you so desperately want, gutless toerags the lot of you
Maybe MM can look into the Ohio/Florida exit poll conundrum... I dont mind people like MM they give us an alternate which we can either choose to ignore or believe. Maybe he can also answer the question for me as to why they had 2 different voting systems in place? Also why the electronic vote was conveniently in those 2 states?

''In some counties, an elector may indicate his or her choice for a candidate or issue on a "marksense paper ballot", and have that ballot tabulated on one of Florida's newly certified marksense scanner systems. In other counties, where "direct recording" technologies have been implemented, electors will use touch screen voting devices to vote and cast their ballots. Some of these newly certified "direct recording" voting devices can be configured to support an audio ballot to accommodate voters with varying degrees of visual disabilities.''
Maybe they can also implement fingerprint/dna technology for one man one vote.Just ideas to think about.

I find it amusing that people on here are more worried about the Ukraine and American politics than the shambles Howard will get us into over ASEAN.

All for a free trade agreement ... well I am sure this answers the question whether Australia is an Asian country or an American country.

Oh dear, oh very dear.

From personal experience let me recommend Avanza as a possible first step.
Hi Jane, how've you been?

Don't need Avanza, but thanks for the advice. I'd be more than happy with a simple, creidble explanation as to what exactly happened over there.

Actually, no - I'm happy now that it's at least an issue on this board.

I see in my absence the Hawkforce-GuruJane tag team has been fully operational.

Thanks for the link, Hawky, and thanks for not calling me a Ukraine-hating insane paranoiac this time around. Much appreciated.

So now I know how the Washington Post interpreted things back on Nov 10. They're almost as rabid as you are about internet reporting of alleged vote fraud, aren't they? This sentence in particular: "Even as Sen. John F. Kerry's campaign is steadfastly refusing to challenge the results of the presidential election, the bloggers and the mortally wounded party loyalists and the spreadsheet-wielding conspiracy theorists are filling the Internet with head-turning allegations."

I'd say the Cuyahoga County vote total counting method is rather bizarre, and in urgent need of explanation. The allegation of there being more votes than voters in Florida was just left hanging there, unexplained. It was followed by a possible explanation for the large number of Republican votes, but without a proper recount that theory can't even be tested. The exit poll section was mainly waffle (They over-sampled women? Can I have some stats on that? The last theory I heard was that Democrat voters are more approachable for exit polls than Republican voters - but only in swing states, obviously)

It was a great article for anyone who likes the status quo, and doesn't feel comfortable questioning things. I'm sure you enjoyed it.
