Tayl0r is on the money that player managers have a duty to extract the best for their clients.

Colins style seems a very myopic way to represent clients interests though, he might get the best possible termination settlement for Kersten this way (or not...), but destabilising the club is surely not in the interests of his other clients at the club.

that's just it...it can backfire big time with such an over zealous attitude (and his own dollars at stake) that may inadvertently be damaging the relationship between player and club, thereby on field performance due to that strained relationship.
