Man arrested for assault of Kevin Foley
South Australia Police today arrested and charged a Salisbury North man with the assault of Minister Kevin Foley.

Following investigations, police identified the suspect who negotiated through his lawyer to surrender himself to police.

The assault is alleged to have occurred on 2 April 2011 on Gouger Street.

The 36-year-old man was charged at 12pm at the City Watch House.

He has been released on Police Bail to appear at the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 13 May 2011.

I didn't hear the interview, but that transcript paints the interviewers in a very poor light. Foley had every right to get upset at their line of questioning if did go as that transcript indicates.
