Hypothetically would you trade Fyfe for both Hogan and Buddy?
As I understand it, if GWS get no decent offers takers for pick 1, they'll trade off Patton at a premium and just take Boyd.

Yeah I'd be paying a premium for a big man with one knee reconstruction on his record.
GWS should just use pick 1 to get next best option after Boyd if they don't like any of the trades offered.
Just because they have pick 1 doesn't mean they have to take the "best player" in the draft.
They don't need a key forward so just pick up the best mid.

Hogan. Is he even eligible to be traded?
If he is, I think we are having a go although I can't work out how we'd get him but we do know that Roos has stated it's midfielders they are after. Perhaps our 1st rounder and Viv Michie?

Not sure if serious? Pick 1's don't go on the scrap heap if they have a knee reco. Given the caliber of key forward he currently is in today's game - even with a knee reco under his belt there'd still be a great demand for him on most clubs lists should he become available.
Our first round pick, Michie and de Boer would still be short of what we needed to offer.
I am not sure what else we could offer to get the deal over the line.He is easily worth a top 5 pick.

Reckon it will be a miracle if we end up with anyone but Gumbleton think he will be ok a Kepler Bradley type not the champ we all want will have to draft one by the looks.
Can Taberner have an impact at AFL level next year? have my doubts think he will be handy eventually

The only way we could get Hogan, is if we gave up Fyfe. Basically think of it as trading for the #1 pick.
